TripleMG golden boy Tekno, is still surfing on a high wave. The crescendo keeps mounting for the 24-year-old Nigerian singer. After a series of back and forth exchange with the Headies Awards and his ultimate disqualification from the “Next Rated” category where he was nominated. That notwithstanding 2017 looks already great for the “Pana” crooner.
The good news is that Billboard (United States music industry standard chart) names Tekno as one of it’s “Next Rated” artistes. Billboard acknowledged Tekno as one of the “10 Hip-Hop and R&B Artists to Watch In 2017”.
Billboard had nice things to say about Tekno’s 2016 monster hit “Pana”. The write up also leaned credence to the fact that Tekno has a Sony Music/Columbia Records deal.
Tekno was listed among other Hip-hop and R&B artistes like Khelani, Aminè, Leela James, Guordon Banks, Princess Nokia etc.
